Hi everyone. I'm new here, so sorry if there already is this kind of topic. The problem is that my Octy's turbo kinda "turns off" when I shift up gear. When I stop the engine and immediately(of course) start it, there is no problem anymore, the acceleration is as good as it was before. So, any thoughts?

There is quite a lot on here about the turbo clogging up with carbon deposits (I think) and stopping the variable vains from moving.

Have a search around for 'Mr Muscle' (don't ask) and that will be a good point of refenence.
