If the old saying that it 'only snows on the just' is true then you guys must be a wholesome bunch whilst we by contrast must be quite the opposite.

Apart from some rain and strong breezes we have escaped all the flooding and distruption that has afflicted those in the west country and the south east with such devastating consequences.

Let's hope that the worst is over and that those affected can start rebuilding their lives and businesses.

What Boss Fox said....and also last year, EVERY time I said to Mrs H that 'I'll change the tyres back this weekend".....it got colder*.

 

*Obviously, looking for a blue Octy estate around the Surrey-Kent border and checknig what tyres are on it,  is a totally unscientific means of seeing what the weather will do :)
