Can anyone recommend something for my needs?

Not looking for one for secuirty purposes, but just to watch the dog when he's outside.  It needs to have IR so I can see upto 20 metres, and preferably be USB powered from my Windows7 computer.  Don't need to record, just view. Is there anything available that fits the bill? TIA.

When you say outside, do you mean an outside camera, or something pointing outside through the window?

If the latter, then one of these would do the trick.

You can watch through your computer, on your tablet or phone and even remotely control it so you can change the direction it points.

Only thing with going through glass is most of the ir will just create reflections when looking outside into darkness.

Easy to get connected to WiFi though.

Thanks for that SS.  Outside camera is my preference, and the camera in the link doesn't have the IR range, but that's the sort of thing I'm after, I think.
