hi all im blanking off egr and manifold on my 2007 tdi vrs ive removed egr cooler and just joined the two pipes together is this correct ? or should i have left cooler in place ? im leaving egr but having it mapped out.

That should be ok. I blanked mine on manifold with one plate. On egr with another plate amd took pipes off. But left to thw cooler there as it wasn't causing amy harm lol
