Um, yes it can because you need insurance to drive on the road and for that insurance to be valid you are legally oblidged to declare ALL modifications otherwise in the event of a claim, the insurance company will refuse to pay out.

Sorry to invade ur posts but what's difference of colour of springs and what makes the difference in them

Springs are rated to different boosts

Green is like upto 12/14

Yellow to something like 22 or 24

Red and blue get to like madness lol

Yellow - 15-23 PSI

Blue - 23-30 PSI

Red - 30 + PSI
