Sorry mate got abit carried away.. My bad

 

Bit rude, especially as your offer was literally outragous. Probably also not a great idea to be buying mods for a car you can't even insure anyway.

 

Just saying.

Um, yes it can because you need insurance to drive on the road and for that insurance to be valid you are legally oblidged to declare ALL modifications otherwise in the event of a claim, the insurance company will refuse to pay out.
