Right, looking through ECP, I'm trying to find the correct pads for my CR170.

 

Their website is hopeless, as even when I enter my reg number and searching for Pagid pads, for the two options I'm offered for front pads I'm greeted with are...

 

Other Information - Disc Diameter 280

 

Other Information - for brake disk diameter [mm]- 288, for brake disk diameter [mm]- 312

 

How vague (and in the first case, plain wrong) is that? I would hazard a guess that 288mm pads will not fit vRS calipers.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction with a code for Pagid pads for 312mm front discs? Also anyone able to recommend similar OE quality pads what won't break the bank?

I have replaced last month my discs and pads all round on petrol 2010 vrs also 312 so assume same part. Very pleased, lots more bite than OE, or mine were just very low.

 

I ordered these for my fronts - double check they are same.

I work for ECP and above number is correct for Pagid 312mm pads.

Going by what ive found with other vag cars, the pads for 288mm discs and 312mm discs are identical its only the discs and caliper carriers that are different on the set ups

Got my set from car parts4less which is basically the same company and my part numbers are

Front 101441138

Rear. 101441178

That's for a 2008 cr tdi
