My Son-In-Law had to stop driving the car and had it removed on low loader to the dealer after a service this week.

Problem was, filter type that had been in use for 2 years had it's spec changed and dealer had fitted the old version.

Not sure which filter, but this seemed a complete overkill, another customer had the same issue.
