Getting tracks in a playlist into a single folder

Featured Replies

I have a lot of playlists on windows media player and I would like to get them onto my Columbus in folders called Playlist01, 02 etc. My music is arranged by album currently within wmp.

Can anyone tell me if I can do this and if so how as I have looked through the software thoroughly and can't see how.

Thanks in advance

Managed in the end but it was a real potch. Basically for each playlist I synced the songs to an external drive then searched for *.mp3 on that drive and copied the search results into a folder on my pc before deleting them from the external drive. Repeating that operation for each playlist I got a series of folders with the tracks of each playlist actually present in them and could then copy that via sd card onto my Columbus HDD.

If anyone knows a bwtter way I would be interested to hear it!

Thanks

Adam
