How to remove the door interior on the front and back doors.

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have had troubble with removing the interior of the front doors. I can find two torx screws, and one lock device at the bottom.

When I use plastic crowbars I can see that there are several locs inside that appears to be slided sideways to unlock. I just wonder if anyone has tried to remove the interior of the doors, because I need help.

I have bought damping material - I call it alu butyl. I want to dampen the metal in the doors because of the metallic sound when driving, closing the doors, noisy when driving etc. I will also dampen the whole roof, over the wheels (Wheel arches?), under the hood.

First I have to remove the interior. It would be very helpful if someone have pictures or know of a thread here I can watch :-)

Anyone?

I removed two screws, and released the lock at the bottom of the door panels, but I'm afraid I'll damage the clips that hold it in place. Can anyone please help?
