Hi all,

Im currently trying to send a link to a file on a network drive at my work, now when i do, it shows up in blue text as a link, when i click on it internet explorer opens up and i get an error message

"Cannot find file U:Community/Business%Management/Report%No%G2522%Issue%%1.4 make sure the path or internet address is correct"

the link I'm trying to insert is (U:Community/Business Management/Report No CG2522 Issue 1.4) which is a PDF File

am i going the right way by clicking insert>hyperlink. then selecting file. then pasting "U:Community/Business Management/Report No CG2522 Issue 1.4" into it?

im going bonkers :cussing:

TIA

1. it's missing a slash after U:

2. they should really be backslashes but it should work either way

3. sometimes it doesn't work with paths with spaces in but you seem to be over that one.
