Fjrden after visiting many dealerships in NI I bought the car from Mervyn Stewart in Belfast as they offered me the best deal and the salesman was probably one of the more honest I have ever dealt with. Skodanorman I had the windows tinted after the car was delivered to the dealership

Indeed Karen that is who I have bought from over the last 12 years. Cannot fault staff. Enjoy the Octavia. I do like mine and semi considered cancelling order for a millisecond when told the build week went back. Will be worth wait.

Karen, I have the same car on order and got a call from Jeff at MS last Tuesday to say my car was in Grimsby, he thought it would be here early this week, but I didn't get a call from him. How long did yours take to get to Mervyn Stewarts after it hit the docks in Grimsby?

Mark I was very very fortunate as I was not expected to take delivery of my car until mid to end of March, in fact I only had to wait 11 weeks in total from order to delivery. I did ask why (not that I was complaining) it was here a lot quicker (mine was only in port a week) and MS told me that it's really luck of the draw as to where your car is situated in port and mine must have been near the front. I really hope you are not waiting too much longer and unfortunately the dealerships have no control over deliveries from the port apparently

That looks amazing, exactly what I have ordered. Should be being built this week so hopefully get it next month. Can't wait to get it.

Thanks Karen, Jeff called me today from MS, car is in getting tints done and I pick it up Saturday morning. I got my insurance sorted and then went to MS to pay for it. All I have to do is collect it on Sat morning. I ordered on 11th November, so feel quite lucky. I was originally told it would be delivered by end of Jan. they have loaned me a car since 22nd Jan until now. Mervyn Stewart provide great service, including after-sales. We have had several cars from them. My wife has a cracking Fabia 1.2 TSI DSG Elegance and it's a real belter to drive, a fantastic little car.

What tint level is that mate? Looks great

That's great news Mark!! Bet you can't wait! Enjoy your new car they are definitely the business. Kenny I went for a 30% tint as I wanted it to be dark but not too dark to make the front windows look silly.
