Hi folks,

I'm considering a switch from a Superb to a Yeti and I have a quick question if I may.

I have a set of winter tyres on 16" steel wheels that normally live on my 2010 Superb elegance when the weather gets frosty, does anyone know if they'd fit happily on an Elegance spec Yeti Outdoor 2.0 170 DSG?

The Superb has larger diameter brakes so shouldn't be a problem, pretty much all VAG stuff have the same offset!  Best bet is to ask the dealer though just in case.

16" wheels will fit if they are of the correct offset for a Yeti. Details and tyre sizes here.........

You can usually find the rim size & offset stamped on the wheel somewhere, will look something like "6.5J x 16 ET45" (where 6.5 = rim width, 16 is diameter which you already know, and 45 is the offset).

If you post that info up on here, as well as the tyre size, I'm sure someone will know the answer.
