Have any of you heard of Oxford Remapping? I have been in touch with them recently regarding my VRS (petrol) and they seem very knowledgeable and also claim to write custom software specific to your car (not sure if this is true) they said they can tailor a map to how you want it.....and they are £150 cheaper than Shark maps plus only 15 mins from where I live I have read a few reviews but the ones on their own website so not an independent review.

 

Anyone had any experience or heard of them?

I've never heard the name before?  TBH rather than buy on price i'd be looking at reputation, recommendation and customer service. 

I think you are probably right Rob, it's worth paying a bit extra for peace of mind and experience

Have you contacted clive at cn tunning he posts on the mk1 octy forum hes a shark agent and only in Wokingham hes very good and has built a few 300+bhp mk1 octavias and gives very good prices.

I have spoken to Clive at CN tuning and he is only round the corner from me really, the only thing that put me off was the £499 price tag but he did mention a 10% discount for forum members and as I mentioned it makes sense to pay a bit more for the peace of mind thing so I will probably be speaking to Clive very soon!
