Changing VRS Spark Plugs and Pollen Filter

As a precaution I'm planning on changing the spark plugs in my 1 year old VRS (CTHE engine).

Please can you offer me help in sourcing the correct plugs, prouduct codes, place to purchase etc.  I want the best available due to the heat in Qatar.  I will purchase online (UK) and get them brought out by a family member.

Additionally Skoda want approx 25 pound for a pollen filter, likewise any information on product code and place to buy would be great. The one just removed at its first service was very dirty (black), Skoda just dusted it off with air and said its fine!
