Hi,

I have a Skoda Octavia II. Off late, I am noticing rattling sounds from the dash, near the passenger side. I cant seem to pin-point the location but its somewhere between the passenger a/c vent and the glovebox.

Whenever I start the car, engage the reverse gear (with the steering to left/right max), I hear a "brup" sound/noise which appears when I start reversing. It only appears once and every time I perform this action.

Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Isn't that sound when going into reverse the aircon re-circ flap? As for the other noise haven't a clue mate sorry.

Air recirculation will come on when you reverse saves the car blowing exhaust fumes in the car when driving through them

Turn fans Off and try again
