Noticed while washing the car that the upper door seal was tucking in behind the front wing on closing the door, rather than sitting over the back of it, particularly on the nearside.

 

Added a block of dense foam between the double seal to push the outer one out to try stop this tucking issue, which also appeared to be slowly wearing through the seal.

 

Seems to have worked so far.

Hmm, noticed that on mine too after I picked it up last Saturday. Think I'll go and find something similar to pop in, I was never blessed by the DIY fairy but I reckon even I could do that so thanks for the reminder...
