They have all stopped working, thr fog lights are lit on the dash as if they were working

Have you checked your fuses?

Yes I've checked fuses lgm

Have you checked the fog light and number plate bulbs? Rear wiper issue might be unrelated.

 

Number plate bulb is 239  5w festoon.

 

Fog light bulb is a double filament 566 21/4w bulb - one filament for fog and one for tail light. It is not a standard double filament bulb because the pins are offset.
