Yep! As L-Y-K said, they are SMD LEDs soldered on the circuit board. But then again...with a little bit of soldering...

But, How you did it? I tryed to do that and when I goy every leds changed, It dindt lights because green lights needs less voltage than blue ones...... so....I tried with smd leds..... What kind of leds do you used??

You have to de-solder a few resistors and put new ones in different locations to brake the 1x4LEDs connection into 2x2LEDs connection. I spent over 4 hours with a multimeter to figure out where the traces go. I used blue SMD LEDs from Kingbright (60mcd @ 3,6V, code: KM2520MBC03) - they are smaller than the originals!

Unfortunately I didn't took photos of new resistor locations :(

god if i had the patience to do it i would! looks excellent
