Hi could someone please tell me how much it would to replace all 4 Discs and Pads for the above car. The main dealer has quoted  me £418 and although it has just passed the MOT they say due to corrosion for the inside of the Discs they will need to be replaced perhaps in the summer or sooner if I notice any changes.

Buy from Eurocarparts and get an Independent to fit them...You can knock £100 off that price

Advice is sound, my 09 superb needed the same tlc. Although I'd worn the rears out before the fronts

 

If you mail [email protected] your reg, I can see what price I can get for you on aftermarket ones, i.e. try and get your the best price, normally do

It's OK I got my Brake Discs and Pads from Euro Parts costing a total of £182.78p and had them fitted by F1 Auto centre for £125. So everything OK so far. Thank you very much for your post. fellows.

Playing devils advocate - is a £110 saving worth not having genuine Skoda parts ?

 

I hear you on the saving but, £110 doesn't seem enough to make it worth while - am I just being naïve ?

Yes , save even more if you can fit them your self.

Oh - I agree with that - would be my route - do we know who actually make Skoda brake discs/pads ?

Can that make be bought from Euro parts etc ?

Hi sorry to jump in here but I have a superb 2009 elegance 2.0tdi 170bhp (42k. Miles) - dealer has quoted me a decent price for changing discs AND pads @£215, I have tried elsewhere and there is a saving I can get but the makes quoted are unknown's so I am unsure.

Anyone heard of brem tech discs OR breck pads? Can't find much info thru google - any opinion welcome
