I accidentally clipped under my car as I was driving and now I have a growling noise when I put my foot down abit and I dont have a clue what it could be :(

Oh i get ya now and I dont have an udertray just open at the bottom :/

There should be one, if its now missing or was missing before you may have damaged something the tray protects. Perhaps the exhaust flexi joint has been holed.

Where can I get a good undertray and where could I of damaged?

I hit the bar under my car just behind the sump and underneath the dog bone mount?

Without inspecting the car it's all just guesswork. Could be any number of things.
