Newbie looking on getting a 07 vrs octavia

Hi everyone hope some of you can help me I'm looking on getting a vrs octavia tdi I've always been into German motors etc this seems to be ticking the boxes for me do far

For my budget around £4000 and a px if right one is found they all seem to have around 110k-140k miles but the first thing that is putting me off is do the dual mass flywheel fail around that sort of mileage and what other signs and things shall I be looking for etc
