Right chaps quick question. Which is the quickest a stage 1 mapped fabia vrs or a standard octy vrs? Or would it be fairly even? :):)

I not completely sure but would not think there is much in it as a mapped Fabia would have a lot of torque.

Which Fabia ;)

First ones are Fabia vRS,  only what comes after an original needs to be called a Mk2, Mk3 etc.

eg,

First 'Land Rover' model ever,  is the original,

everything after is, series 2, series 3 etc.

I may have arrange a little blast with my mates fabia vrs on our private road. He says it takes out civic type r's and he done a clio 192 and glanza the other day..

Definate answer here as I've done the exact test in question. They're dead even up to about 80 then the Octavia starts to pull away.

They are both equally slow :)

I'm confused:

Car Romance?

or Assasinations?

What about remapped fabia( mk1) v remapped octy vrs diesel?

What about remapped fabia( mk1) v remapped octy vrs diesel?

Both would be overtaken by a petrol lol ;)

I think theres a whole thread somewhere about it

Yeah there is. Think i started it ages ago be honest lol

Off the mark probably the Octavia.  On the move maybe the Fabia, dunno.

Save it for the strip!  We need a variation of every Skoda at the Pod in 3 weeks time for the GTI Festival.  If a quarter mile doesn't solve it, nothing will. :D

This is turning into cock.jpgmeasuring contest.

Hmm that sounds like a interesting proposition. What dates are they. Will see if me and my mate can make it :)

I have a relatively good sized chicken tbh..
