scotchgard

Featured Replies

Has anyone used scotchgard on their fabia VRS seats? I have got some and wondered if their was any knack to applying it.

I have ordered some seat covers from hatchbag and a boot liner but will scotchgard anyway.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I hoovered the seats then sprayed it on and then rubbed it with a damp cloth. Left the car with the windows open (good to do on a warm day) until the seats were dry.

I think thats about it. If they are pretty bad you may have to repeat :(

smells nice btw :)

I did both ours from new. Seems to work I have wiped away a couple of dirty marks.

Thanks will give it a go!

Bought mine on Ebay. Applied it the day after I got my car. 1 ten year old and a chocoholic wife 7 months later and the seats are still immaculate :)

I swear by the stuff.

I got mine from B&Q, used the whole tin (with doors open!). Seems mostly to work though the odd mark sneaks through - will clean them soon though!

Ebay Item number: 4399276446 Is the same as I use.
