Temporary Skoda Owner.

Featured Replies

Hi

So I will have the use of a Skoda Fabia VRS 2006 for a few months.

My Brother owns it, so its a loan as he has a new car.

Sadly he has not maintained the poor thing.

And because I am now correcting the years of neglect, I found this forum and the very helpful answers already here. (And in particular Jay29's exact ebay search needed for under tray fixings kit)

Hopefully won't turn up anything too bad now left to do on the car.

Get an oil change asap.

Make sure its the correct VW spec or it will

damage the engine.

Thanks for the heads up, Yep, Oil was low, almost too low.

Checked the Spec's and topped up with Halfords 5w30 for audi/VW's.

Sounds better now.

I will schedule a full Oil change for when I take it in in a week or two.

Welcome.

Give him a slap from the mk1 fabia section aswell.
