Led fog light

Featured Replies

More a question for Silver I supose.......

Would these fit a pre-FL Scout? ;)

Just seen this, the thought very much ran through my mind!

Yes, they should fit to the bumper, although I'd want them to run as DRL's not fog lights so would need to turn the DRL function on and then code the DRL's to use the front fogs.

  • 1 year later...

can i just confirm that if i get these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331534576383?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT and cut off the plug with the yellow bands,

and replace it with this: http://www.skodaparts.com/product/octavia-socket-2004-2012-50007,

then plug the other end into the original fog lamp plug, it will work?

Also, as the modified plug is 3 pin vs 2 in the original, which are the correct pins for the 2 wires?

Have i got this correct?

Thanks

I was having the same thought for my fl scout. This could work quite well because they would then go out when the headlights were switched on.

Right, got lamps, loom with resistors and 2 plugs.

Lamps and plugs from TPS, however the plugs came with NO inserts, so need to Use inserts from plug on loom
