How do you center the steering wheel on a Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo?

Watchig this thread closley as my 6L 2010 Ibiza (a Monte in Spanish clothes) went to the dealers yesterday to be looked at due to an off- centre steering wheel when driving straight (a few degrees anticlockwise)

It doesn't "pull" much but a straight steering wheel would send you in to the central reservation in a pretty short distance time.

A short journey to work after collection this morning doesn't really show it any different despite them having "fixed" the "tracking and alignement".
