Hi! Ive just fitted a new dual mass and clutch kit in my car. Bled the clutch up fine but noticed 2 things. I have clutch judder now, which i can live with and it may go with time but i have a intermittent heavy clutch pedal. It it fine when im driving in traffic but when i drive down motorway and then come to get off i notice it takes a lot more effort to press the clutch to disengage. Ive bleed the clutch again and it is no different. Ive tried bleeding it reverse aswell as vacumm and it is no different? Many thanks

My previous fabia estate used to do this, if you pressed it the first time after driving without using it, it was heavy, then straight after it would go light again. Very strange.

Mine was heavy until I noticed the car had never had the brake fluid changed by the previous owner (in 7 years), especially if stop-starting in traffic. Got that changed and it's much better now. The car actually wants to stop when I press the brake pedal too!

 

Probably not your issue, but I thought it's worth a mention, just in case.
