I think it would have been funnier if, after the driver was filming with her mobile, while driving, she crashed too after saying 'that's what you get, buddy' ;)

Fantastic. Lucky no one else got hit though.

I know the rules are different over there, but if that was this country she should have pulled in to the other lane and let him get on with it instead of being a road captain looking at the speedo and thinking 'I'm going the speed limit, I'm going to sit here and make everyone else do the speed limit too'.

As you say rules are different over there, but what ever the rules it never justifies a vehicle bullying the car in front in my book.

Considering the locality she's lucky he didn't pull out an M16 and start taking shots at her.

If that was a British road I'd want 'em both strung up :)

You can pass on both sides in the US i.e legally undertake?

So plenty of opportunity for him to pass if he was that bothered.

That made me smile a lot.

Yep, entirely legal to pass on either side over there.

Got to say, in over 4000 miles of driving over there

I never even really sat in any traffic apart from in LA

so as a concept it seems to keep the roads flowing better.

The thing is, if it was introduced over here then the middle lane hoggers

would become either inside lane hoggers or outside lane hoggers instead

as the cars passing on either side would most likely make them feel

more vulnerable.
