Is it possible to adjust pressure on front vipers? To add more force on viper blades.

I think you can put aerofoils on them to push them harder against the windscreen, but in the past I've found them about as useful as a chocolate teapot and the hormal ones seem to work as well Worth investing in some Ombrello or Rain-X glass treatment though which causes the rain to bead and run off so you don't need the wipers

Could try an after market Adder-on?

Or you might be able to bend the arm slightly in (after removing arm from the car) to hold the blade tighter against the windscreen..
