Can anyone recomend a fuel filter for a 2010 1.6 TDI CR as prices from Skoda dealers range from  approx £27 to £38 . I am not sure why a paper filter should be so expensive. ??????

Try eurocarparts.com

They give 25% discount for members with BRISK25 as the code. Any if the biug names will do but diesel fuel filters are very dear compared with oil filters and they are very similar.
