AR07 UBU - Scout, Silver. Does anyone know this car?

Featured Replies

I'm guessing the remap and DPF delete might put people off.

It looks tidy for 140K, most Scouts with 100K+ have saggy drivers seats (the unique Scout mesh stretches and becomes baggy), but at least the drivers door card supports the mileage.

If it has been listed for 6 months then go in low.

That ain't factory nav either.

"Sick of looking at it" - brilliant.

the nav is the same as mine MFD2.

Lot of car for the money,if you could chip a bit more off the price even better

I've not had any experience with MFD2. Probably replace it with my RNS315 and stick the MFD2 in the wardrobe.

Is the MFD2 OEM? It looks horrible!

It has the larger roof aeriel base which suggests factory standard nav...

mfd2 was all that was available when I ordered my car new, yes its a bit clunky but as a GPS it gets you there and I like getting detailed mapping disks

when going to Europe, I've thought about up grading but I would get a Kenwood DAB unit.

Apparently the remap and DPF delete was done by Avon Tuning. Are they any good?

Off for a test drive on saturday :)

If it wasn't so far away I'd be sorely tempted to go and look at myself. Will be interesting to see what you make of it.

I have, upon reflection - and a certain amount of cowardice over the probable cost of re-DPFing the car when the test catches up - decided to give this one a miss. My daily run is well more than a match for DPF operations.
