Hi guys, first post here on Briskoda,

 

Me and a few of the other guys on Seatcupra.net are trying to organise a rolling road day in south Wales.

 

 

A date hasn't been decided on yet, just trying to get some interest and a few names down to go ahead with it.

Right so who would be up for organising a rolling road day at some point?

The place I'm suggesting is GotBoost in Bridgend - http://www.gotboost.co.uk/

 

I was there today and was impressed with how knowledgeable the guys are, and their dyno seems to give pretty realistic readings.

I think the cost should be as follows, yet to be confirmed:

10+ cars - £40
15+ cars - £35
20+ cars - £30

So the more the better!
It's a good way to see if your car is running properly, or to find out what power it is if you don't know.

May just turn up for a nose and a chat, car is two low for got boosts rollers now and can't be bothered to raise it up.

You know if any other clubs are going that day, when I went with welsh ford before some welsh Honda club was there too so about 40 cars ran through the day and was real good.

Come along Joe, it should be a good day. There aren't any clubs coming along at the moment. But something could be arranged if others want to come along.

 

I think I speak for everyone when I say that the more people we can get together the better. This is why I've posted it on here, and it's also been posted on UK-MKIVS.net

Shame its on the 11th as I'm busy elsewhere. I would have come along otherwise.

Gutted I'm on holiday on this date. I would have come otherwise. Should be a good day anyway.

I'd be down for this! Specially with the engine problems I've been having! Will get results tomorrow and see what skoda say, if it's a new engine id be intruiged and if they say it's fine im just as intruiged!
