Please do any one knows the exact sat nav sd cards that work with my skoda Octavia elegance 2007 model. I ve attached a photo of it. Thanks

These are chinese models. They can have any of the IGo, Route66 or Garmin SDCards loaded with maps.

 

Try to find the model of the unit, might be easier to find the proper card.

 

Also you should be able to see which application is installed for navigation, and then find the right maps for it.

 

These are old WinCE 5.0 Windows mobile systems.

Since it is not a Skoda unit at all, and based on an ancient version of Windows CE that has long since been unsupported, finding anything with recent maps is going to be difficult.

 

These Chinese units are very hit and miss, and even similar looking units from the same maker will not always work with some software.

What is the best option for me ?

I am pretty good with these units and have software to work with most of them, unfortunately the only way is to test on the unit, am happy to help but would need you to pop over with the car. give me a shout if interested.
