Last couple of days our Monte's alarm has gone off but the car was unlocked at the time.

 

First time it had been sat for a while with all doors/windows closed. Second time I had just finished unloading some shopping and was going back to close the boot and it went off before I got to it.

 

Odd and one to keep an eye on, as I suspect a visit to the dealer would result in NFF but I was wondering if anyone has had similar.

Hmmm this is a strange one. It's never happened to mine before so I can only assume it's some sort of fault. The only time my alarm has gone off is when I had my tyres changed and the tilt alarm went off. Your dealer or someone local with VCDS for beer tokens would be your best bet.

Mates impreza did this, including while driving, which was funny. Turned out there was water in he siren which beneath the scuttle panel.
