splitter and springs

Featured Replies

Anybody have any advice on a front splitter and also what lowering springs are best cheers think mine needs it:)

Leon cupra splitters are popular with mk1 owners. As for springs I'd be looking at eibachs if your wanting a subtle drop without breaking you spine

Spot on cheers mate just a case of how low to go now.

Mine is the one on right. It's down about 45mm but I'm on jom coil overs the ride is really harsh but I like how it looks so it will do me for now lol

If I was to buy a suspension kit again, I'd probably got for the AP shock & spring kit :)

Lowers a nice amount! More than the (30mm IIRC) it states.

I got eibachs :)

+1 for Eibachs.

We can sort you out with a set of springs if required.

I have just fitted Eibachs to a Mk1 Fabia VRS, very subtle drop, and ride quality is pretty much unchanged from that of stock

Ant

Eibachs paired with Bilstein B8's:

This is the set up I want ultimately. I have the springs on already and will be getting the B8's when funds allow.

How do you rate the ride comfort?

Absolutely awesome. I've already managed to get another member on here to buy some Bilsteins for his wifes car after taking him out in mine.
