Purely out of interest really....

 

Has anyone been in the MG6 diesel - How does it ride? Is it a bit nasty or has anyone been impressed?

 

The one thing id be interested to know is where is the 1.9D sourced from? In the past MGs engines have come from all sorts of models/manufacturers....Is it a new engine/design?

I've not driven one, but the 1.9 diesel engine appears to be sourced from China and not currently used in any other cars available in Europe.

I've driven a petrol one. Wasn't amazing, reminded me a lot of a mk 1 mondeo.

I drove a diesel mg6 a few weeks back. Went well and seemed pretty well screwed together. From what I understand the engine was developed by MG/their owners.

Thanks guys! I'll have to go have a look out of interest.
