Featured Replies

hello chaps , iv dont the discs and pads as the discs where very warped , iv now got great brakes but a rubbish peddle , its sinks if you hold it on like the master cylinder has gone but its go no worse , could i have got air in there but doing the pads ? i cant see how , also if i have to slam them on they judder . i guess its to do with the abs but i dont think iv ever felt it before on any other car .

any ideas ? cheers d

Check the bleed nipples for any leaks. Air could be getting pulled in?

im going to bleed it all and hope that helps so will hopefully sort that at the same time , just seems odd its not getting worse

Did you press the brake pedal to the floor after changing the pads? If so, the pedal should resume normal position in a week or two. I've had the same and feared the worst but it came back to normal.
