Has anyone considered one of these as an alterntive to the new VRS estate? I am thinking about arranging a test drive to weigh it up against the VRS (which I loved), but haven't brought myself to order yet. Seems to tick a lot of boxes for me i.e. big boot, good performance/economy balance, good basic spec levels etc..

Very bland looking and the interior is awful, especially the air vents....

I would have taken a second look if they did my preferred drivetrain combination, but they don't (1.4 TSI + DSG).

A great option IMO and already discussed previously.
