VCDS Scan Help...

Featured Replies

Got my car scanned the other day for fault codes (many thanks to Scribbler off here) and it came up with a couple of fault codes and want to pick your guys brain about them to see if you can shed any light on them as I'm pretty clueless:

1. Address 08: Auto HVAC        Labels: 6Q0-820-045.lbl

   Part No: 6Y0 820 045
   Component: Klimaanlage        X0840
   VCID: F2ED6791BEC1F68E1D3-5160

2 Faults Found:
01596 - Motor for Outside/Recirculated Air Flap (V154)
30-10 - Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent
00819 - High Pressure Sensor (G65)
            07-00 - Signal too Low

2. Address 09: Cent. Elect.        Labels: 6Qx-937-049-C.lbl
   Part No: 6Q1 937 049 D
   Component: 0000 BN-SG.         1S34
   Coding: 25742
   Shop #: WSC 13765
   VCID: 3C7109A92C05F0FE87F-5160

1 Fault Found:
01598 - Drive Battery Voltage
            07-10 - Signal too Low - Intermittent

If anyone has any help with these two?

Also i tried to use VCDS to do some adaptions - unlock/lock bleeps and anti hijack - however these seem to have not worked? i did as the guide said from the VCDS section. Any ideas with this?

Thanks,

Ben.

Your recirc. flap motor in the airbox is stuck, try cycling it a few times to unstick it.

Your aircon needs regassing or has a leak.

Your battery got cold and cried to the ECU about starting the car on cold mornings.

Clear the codes, and see what comes back.

You need the full licensed version of VCDS to run adaptations.
