Looking at some sensors on Ebay to fit on my FL 59 plate estate, they are Cisbo brand which having read through a few posts on here seem to be a good make and reliable, my question is can these just be wired into the reverse light wire without causing electrical issues?

Yes, they won't cause any issues at all

I fitted mine & had no problems,i just connected to the reverse light wiring. 

I fitted cisbo ones to our Leon without issue.
