2011 fabia vrs passenger window not opening

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Passenger window will not operate by the drivers button or by the button on the passenger side, any suggestions? Drivers side works fine so I'm surmising the fuse is satis.

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum.

Actually check the fuses and see if it is ,

Fuse 52,  Left Front & rear windows  25 amp

fuse 51,   Right Front & rear windows.

I believe you can also try resetting the car's window control module. You do this by sticking the key in the driver's door, turning it to unlock and holding it there until the windows open. Then lock the car and again hold it in that position until the windows go up.

Might help, you never know.

Fuses were fine thanks,

I held the key in the door in the open position of around 5 seconds. windows never went down. However I held the open button on my key fob and the windows went down and the same when I held the locked position.

As of now the window seems to be working fine.

Thanks the replies guys!
