Hi, what's the best way to get the track rod end off? I've tried already and it seems seized??

Yes mate. I guess you mean it's stuck on the track rod or stuck in the hub? If on the track rod head the rod end up and the lock nut. They should free up fairly easily.

If stuck in hub heat the hub up and smash it out with a hammer (this can mash the thread up)

Don't use too much heat on steering and suspension components!
