Rapid rear seats and fabia rear seats

I have seen online that previous Rapids are Fabia saloons (mk2 fabia front) so does this mean that the new rapid rear seats are the same size and fitment as the mk2 fabia? Only as it features an arm rest!

What year of Rapids are you talking about?

 Is this cars in India or someplace? 2011.

 

Best thing to do is look at a Previous Rapid in a Dealership or someplace,

check the seats and measure them.

I was quite surprised when i sat in a rapid at the dealers

It was exactly the same as my fabia inside.

Do they feature the same patterns on the seats erc etc though?

The UK Rapid's rear seat seems to have longer cushions and the cushions are angled differently so I doubt they would fit. I think the UK Rapid is based on the present Polo chassis but with a longer wheelbase, so it is also a little wider than the Fabia. The Indain Rapid is basically just a Polo saloon (available in Europe) but with a Fabia front end - so a significantly different car.

The Fabia mk2 FL is the same Platform as the Mk5 Polo, Mk4 Ibiza and the Audi A1.

Thanks all. Maybe there is another vag model of the same generation that has a rear armrest?... I'll leave it for now I think
