Hi guys, I'm new here.

My names Matt, I have a mk1 octavia tdi, had it 5 years. Been great to me, had a lucky escape few months ago when my woodruff key snapped on my crank. Lucky didn't do any damage!

Only trouble I'm trying to sort is difficulty with the gears. I've changed the clutch and fitted new solid flywheel, gearbox oil etc but can't find any info to set up the linkage relevant to my car? Mine is the early box and linkage. ( no spring adjustment on the cables)

Anyone help at all? :-)
