door windows very noisy against seals over uneven roads.

Featured Replies

Does Einszett Gummi Pflege  solve noisy door windows rubbing against the "furry" rubber seals around the windows.

Or does anyone else have this issue and can help with a solution.

Thanks Ian.

I have the same sort of problem. I think mine is the door seals as if the doors are moving and the door rubbers/seals are rubbing on the car body.

Dunno if this is a problem or not ?

Anyone know anything on this or is it a return to skoda ?

Give it time, it will stop. Just a case of them "bedding in" I guess.

Wire,

Does it still make the noise, when you slightly open the windows, as I thought it was the door at first, but definitely the window against the furry rubber seals.

Cars done 2000 miles, bedding in ??

Mine has just tipped over 2000 miles. Ive dropped the windows and it still does it. Seems to be worst when going slower.

Put some  Einszett Gummi Pflege bought on ebay, worked superbly.

Put on all rubber seals including the furry ones.

Been noise free for over a week, hopefully will last this way.

Makes car so much better.
