I had to cancel my december order as my dealer couldn't guarantee delivery before 2019. however, they kept the order live and i have the SLI number. i checked randomly and can now see a build week of 24. i'm sorted carwise but if you're looking for a black vrs dsg tdi estate it may be worth an enquiring call to bickerton skoda in sheffield... nudge, nudge, wink, wink...

Depends which side of the fence you are looking! I got £500 off, but I also got the free servicing which technically is not available on the S1 (only A1). Given the new model demand I'm fairly happy. I am coming from a 12 month old SQ5 (for sale if anyone is interested!) so even without much discount and EVERY option ticked on the S1 it's still MUCH cheaper, which was the aim of the game (and the Mrs has the Octy vRS Estate TDI coming so that's practicality covered). I'm off to see the Audi UK demo car tomorrow morning which just arrived at Poole Audi - will be nice to see it in the flesh, just a shame you can't test drive it :(

Nothing - I'm gonna miss it, but it's a VERY expensive beast, and only purchased as we needed a practical car and getting out of the Mrs current Mini PCP early was not going to be an option, and I NEED a fast car or I go mental behind the idiots that do 40mph regardless of the posted speed limit!

Asking £45k, it has EVERY option ticked bar the pano roof (not kidding), 16.5k miles and just serviced today. Brakes are only 15%/10% warn front/rear (so shows it's not driven hard given the milage), rear tyres need changing (they are the originals), fronts are 50% but were replaced early due to blowout. It was £56k new and has been VERY well looked after. It's a bit of a steal for anyone looking for one and doesn't want the 6-9 month wait for a new one. That's a very interesting combination for you and the missus.

First customer deliveries will be VERY soon - first ones are being built as I type. Mine is build week 34 at the moment, but being such high spec it's no surprise it's taking them longer to gather all the parts than the low spec ones being built now.

It's a bit of a steal for anyone looking for one and doesn't want the 6-9 month wait for a new one.

Looks like the one on the DTD website has gone. £4k off from memory. My wish list was Blue, roof and black optics plus tow pack, but practicality and old age got the better of me.
