Ok so arrived today , took 30 mins to install, piggybacks cd changer plug. Bluetooth connection is seamless, streaming quality is awesome and phone is crystal clear. For £130 I'd definitely recommend. I fitted an extended sync lead to the USB port for iPhone charging. All nicely behind the dash. So good product , easy to fit and cheap !

I'm curious about getting one of these. Out of interest, how do you access the CD changer as well as the audio from bluetooth/aux in? I'm struggling to find detailed information on it.

select CD on head unit it selects the X-CarLink, press radio and then CD it switches over to 6 Disc changer. Think this is one of the few products that letrs you keep the multi-changer, for £130 its worth it, quick to install, great sound quality and great functionality.

I've been thinking about this one for a while. Do you have a bolero head unit?

Excellent, can you do a step by step video of the fit for everyone........pop down and use my motor as the video example if you like?   Honestly, I can strip down and put computers together in my sleep but I dread to think of the harm I might do my car

I have the Nexus Nav unit. It really is simple.

1.remove stereo surround (unclips/pulls away easily)

2.undo 4 x torx screws at each corner of hu

3.pull hu out

4.remove large quad lock plug (big one at the bottom)

5.connect x-link loom into existing loom then re-fit quad lock to stereo

6.attach earth lead (I used stereo metal casing)

7.put unit into dash void - route cables as required

8.carry out steps 1-3 in reverse order

9.test
