Is it possible to edit or change your phone favourites in the Bolero without setting the sysytem back to factory settings? 

Having set some up I can't see how edit them.

Just got mine yesterday but would think you would would press the one you need to change and hold until it changes like radio station presets.

I would have thought that too but I seemed to keep phoning people.  I will have another look later.
