Rear bumper protection.

Featured Replies

Thinking of buying this : http://www.rearguards.co.uk/index.php?app=gbu0&ns=prodshow&ref=RBP242&sid=te63492wgc436z58m0k32y79hmj364tn

It is stated to be for the 2007/2008 model.  My vRS is a 2012 FL.  Is the profile of the top of the rear bumper different on the FL?

The protector advertised as being for the for the FL is smaller (and costs more!).

Can anyone answer my original query?  Is the profile of the top of the rear bumper different on the vRS MKII FL as compared with the vRS MkII?

Google images is your friend here. The rear bumpers are identical.

I have the rearguards rear bumper protector on my Blackline VRS. If you live anywhere near the manufacturer, they are quite happy for you to pop down and they will fit for free.  I have the carbon fibre effect protector - looks like OEM equipment.

Thanks for that.  I can now order with confidence.  Which colour bumper protector will look best on a black magic car?
