Climate Control Issue Again

Featured Replies

I had my Octavia serviced in April and one of the issues found was the Air Con radiator had holes in it, you know, the common problem.

I decided to stump up to have a new one fitted including a total re gas at a main skoda dealership and paid almost £500 for it, including Labour.

This was all completed in the second week in May and now today, it's blowing warm again after two weeks of ice cold air.

Before I contact the dealership, what should I do and say to them, because now, I am at the situation I was almost three weeks ago and I am not happy at all.

Cheers

Did they replace the compressor seals? They are lubricated by oil in the gas and once the gas has gone so has the oil!

That I don't know yet Ian.

The thing is, I had a customer survey email not long after the work was done and hadn't filled it in but noticed this week that the air con had started making a whistling noise and I knew it was going to go.

Filled out the survey and obviously wasn't in the best of moods.
